As a Registered Nurse and Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I bring together behavioral health, neuroscience, and whole-person wellness to help you reconnect with your values, rewire old patterns, and create lasting change.

Sarah came to coaching overwhelmed by anxiety that affected her work and relationships. She had tried therapy and medication, which helped, but she wanted practical tools for daily life.
The Process: We started with breathing techniques and nervous system regulation. Sarah learned to recognize her anxiety triggers and developed a personalized toolkit of coping strategies. We practiced boundary-setting and created morning and evening routines that supported her mental health.
